 With years of experience in politics, non-profits and fundraising, Joycelyn is the Interim Director of Development for St. Margaret's School in Tappahannock, Virginia. She serves the directing boards of SONABank P.O.W.E.R. Advisory, Friends of the Northumberland County Library, and the Northern Neck Montessori School, Inc. She is a member of LEAD Northern Neck and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She holds a B.A. in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Tech.
